Delivery & Returns

At OMGSugar we take great care to ensure that our customers are satisfied and that we ship a quality product. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an order please refer to the following policy for all e-commerce orders.

For health concerns please understand that we cannot refund or exchange food products or customised items. However,  if it is clear that OMGSugar was responsible for incorrectly delivering an order we will take full responsibility by replacing your shipment with the correct item or by issuing credit to whichever payment form was used for the initial order.

All incorrect orders must be reported via email hello@omgsugar.co.uk with the subject heading 'Incorrect Order' within five business days of receiving your order.

 

Delivery

All e-commerce orders are posted during the week on a Monday-Friday and are tracked\signed for. Items should arrive within 5 working days of your order being placed unless otherwise stated.Please note international orders will take longer, and generally arrive within a two week time frame. 

We do recognise that sometimes items get damaged en route. Should this happen, please submit any and all claims directly to Royal Mail/Parcel Force

 

Incorrect Delivery Address

OMGSugar will not take responsibility for an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please check all details are correct before placing your order.
